Teaching materials
The school doesn't have enough teaching materials, so we are looking for more and more teaching materials to apply broader teaching approach.

Build building
The project needs to build own building with good atmosphere for the school. So we need to buy some land.

Electricity
The electric wiring of the school is poorly worked and we don't have enough lighting system in the class room, and as we mentioned earlier, the building doesn't get enough light and air, it is something unworkable when it is a cloudy day.

Scholarship
The school is providing scholarship to 42 poor students. In this area, around 20 % of people do not send their children to the school because of poverty. They instead send their children to work as child labor in the local restaurants, local bus as a part of family support. We are aiming to collect these kinds of children to provide free education if we can collect scholarship fund to cover their cost.

Award and recognition
The school has some very intelligent and talented students. But we are not able to recognize them by any award. We are looking towards interested sponsor to offer any kind of opportunity as recognition of their success.

Man power
The school has in total 22 staff including 4 part time teachers, 1 cook, and 1 accountant, 1 principal and 14 teaching staffs. But we need to add some to fulfill the task of librarian, store keeper, art teacher, school assistant, receptionist, cook assistant, computer trainer, leisure teacher etc, but at the present we have not been able to pay these staffs salaries even when we are decreasing their salaries as their contribution, So, we face the challenge of raising funds for providing the regular salary and also the adding more staff at the same time.
